About Robyn:
Robyn Matsumoto is originally from Honolulu, Hawai'i and has been fortunate to have worked in various locations around the world and finally found her “spot” in Hilo, Hawai'i.
She is a Civil Engineer with the Department of Public Works (DPW), Engineering Division, Regulatory Section. She has been with DPW for over 17 years serving in the both the Engineering and Building Division, which coincidentally are both involved in floodplain regulations.
