Kauaʻi County

A statement that certifies a project in the Floodway will not result in any increase in the BFE. No-rise calculations or flood analysis prepared by a Licensed engineer must be included to demonstrate compliance.

Hawai'i County

A statement that certifies a project will not result in any increase in the BFE. No-rise calculations, flood analysis, and/or supporting documentation prepared by a licensed civil engineer must be included to demonstrate compliance.
