Hawai'i Department of Land and Natural Resources (HiDLNR) has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 global pandemic. With the uncertainty of this on-going national state of emergency, HiDLNR has made the difficult decision to cancel our annual Floodplain Management Conference scheduled for the week of August 16th 2020.
